To strengthen interest and capability in Kimberley archaeology the Foundation offers Scholarships to Honours and Masters students in 2012.
The one-year scholarships are valued at $5,000 each.
These competitive scholarships are awarded to support research projects that are complementary to the Foundation’s current Kimberley research programs in archaeology, rock art, palaeoclimatology, palaeoecology, and archaeological dating.
Applications are open to suitably qualified students throughout Australia who are completing their degree in archaeology, or a closely related field.
Successful applicants are expected to provide brief progress reports on their work and a completion report, or publication, suitable for posting on the KFA website.
